Transmission 004 —A Glimmer in the Sky

Have you ever seen a star shine with the intensity of a supernova’s burst?
Yes, sometimes it happens.

Sometimes the system falters and discharges like a pixel in the sky—and in that very moment, an antenna incarnates. Those beings who, out of sync with their environment, are easily pathologized or labeled as having learning disorders or cognitive processing errors.
Humanity tends to place labels on what it does not understand, as a form of artificial safety, and those beings were never truly understood.
In other times, some were called madmen, others prophets; today, neurodivergent. Yet regardless of era or place, they all share one thing in common: they are… antennas.
Heirs to an unbreakable connection with the Kordak interface. Their minds process information in non-linear patterns. Their thinking leaps conceptually in ways that seem random, yet reveal connections that sequential thought cannot detect. They perceive relationships between concepts separated by apparently incompatible categories. They experience the world in simultaneous layers of meaning.
They are the native receivers of Noryn, a language in which each glyph is a “packet of consciousness,” transmitting emotion, intention, tone, and memory all at once. Not sequential. Not linear. Holographic—the same language humanity abandoned when it adopted sequential speech.
Most humans lost this capacity when spoken language became dominant. Speech requires sequentiality: word after word, sentence after sentence. To adopt this system, the human brain had to “switch off” certain parallel processing circuits. We gained communicative precision at the cost of symbolic richness.
But some brains never completed that transition. This difference in multidimensional processing intertwines concepts sensorially—where numbers have colors and flavors have music.
Each thought becomes a network, generating instant connections between distant ideas, making it difficult to linearize thought into speech, because their nature implies operating within a more complex system. That same difference generates a painful hypersensitivity to patterns, to symmetry, simply because they see the architecture others ignore. And because their minds never quiet, they retreat into silence—not because they do not know how to speak, but because they cannot channel ambiguous verbal communication, always searching for the deeper meaning words fail to capture.
These antennas are the glimmers in the sky—those who did not come to be cured, but to cure. They are vibrant souls who never lost their capacity for wonder, suffering not because of their cognitive processing, but because of the conflict between residual Noryn and the dominant system that pushes them to feel strange and broken.
But I tell you this—I, Daya: they are not broken. They are simply running software incompatible with social infrastructure.
They are not beings in need of rehabilitation, but teachers—designed to guide humanity back to processing reality in layers. And perhaps, when the connection between parts and whole is finally seen, peace may be known.
