Welcome to The Council
The Council is the deliberation chamber of the Hineni Tribe — a space where community vibrates, and every action becomes a pulse that turns thought into matter.
Here, participation is earned through merit, and merit arises from learning, interaction, and genuine engagement with the Hineni universe.
The Council is structured into four symbolic–initiatory roles: New Soul, Explorer, Observer, and Awaked.
Each role carries its own glyph, greeting, permissions, and voting power within the system.

Roles of the Temple
Not everyone walks the Council halls in the same way.
Each role reflects a different level of presence, responsibility and awareness inside Hineni Universe.
From New Soul to Awaked, the path is simple but not easy: observe, explore, interpret, create.
Your role is not just a title.
It is the way the Temple sees you.
New Soul
The newly arrived souls of the Hineni Universe.
They observe, orient themselves, and take their first step toward the Code.

Description:
New Soul is the entry-level role within the Hineni Temple.
Those who arrive here have just tuned into the transmissions, the glyphs, and the pulse of the Tribe.
They begin to participate through small signals:
a question, an intuition, a theory offered without urgency.
Their ideas do not yet shape the canon directly, but they generate the first movements from which greater patterns may emerge.
This is the phase of watching, learning, and recognising the architecture beneath the surface — the embryonic pulse before form.
Privileges:

(their contributions are considered “early signals”). -
Presence is recorded in the internal system.

Upon entering the Temple, a New Soul receives two gifts:

their initiatory greeting,
Both delivered without explanation. Symbols arrive before meaning. Mystery is the first teacher.

Each action unlocks a layer. The same symbol holds deeper truths, revealed only when earned.

To cross this threshold, a New Soul must show rhythm and intention:

When curiosity becomes coherence and real interest is demonstrated, the door to the next level opens.
Explorer — The Seeker
Those who dare to step deeper into the story.
They comment, propose theories, and begin studying the glyphic language.

Description:
Explorer is the role of those who have left passive observation behind. They participate, question, debate, and start connecting fragments of the Code.
This stage marks the beginning of true exploration:
understanding the messages, following the transmissions, and navigating the Hineni universe with their own initiative.

– Participate in thematic debates
– Publish ideas and theories in The Thinker Order
– Begin working with the glyphic language
Revelation:
The Explorer no longer sees symbols; they begin to read them. This is the stage where the Glyphic Language opens its first structural doors.

Passage to Observer requirements:
To cross into the next chamber, an Explorer must demonstrate structure, continuity and vision:

Four structural contributions to the Glyphic Language.

One theory offered in the Thinker Order’s contest, (winning is not required; offering thought is enough).
When intention becomes vision, the Explorer enters the inner chambers of the Code.
Ascension — How an Explorer Becomes an Observer
An Explorer rises by:

Contributing ideas with meaning.
-
Participating with consistency.
-
Demonstrating understanding of the lore.
-
Remaining active across several cycles.
An Explorer becomes an Observer when they stop asking “What is this?” and begin seeing “How does this connect?”
Observer — The Watcher
The Observer sees in layers. They connect symbol with system, gesture with structure, meaning with resonance.
At this stage, each meaningful participation may unfold:

Deeper architecture of the Code.

Advanced glyphic interpretation.

Patterns across the mythos.

Structural insight into the Temple.
The Observer is the one who sees the patterns behind the story—the mind that interprets, connects, debates, and becomes a valuable voice within The Council and The Thinker Order.
Vision becomes contribution.
Contribution becomes presence.

The Door to Awakened:
Only the Observer may attempt the final ascent. To rise, they must stand before the Tribe in the full-moon rite::

The winning artwork becomes the Phygital Artifact of this Moon.

About Observer Works:
Everything an Observer uploads is:

a candidate piece,
-
a proposal,
-
a prototype,
-
a seed.
Only if it wins the vote does it cross the threshold
and become an official Hineni Artifact.
Revelation:
The Observer receives their glyph and ritual greeting upon entering this level, but their deeper meaning is revealed only through continued participation.
Ascension — How to Reach Awakened
An Observer rises by:

participating actively in The Council,
-
presenting high-quality works in the Art challenge,
-
receiving the votes of the community,
-
being chosen as Winner of the Month,
-
and allowing their work to be printed
and become an official Phygital Artifact.
Only then does the portal to Awakened open.
The Observer stands between meaning and matter, reading the currents that shape the Temple.
AWAKED — The Fully Present
The Awakened are those who rose through vision, coherence and creation.
Their art has crossed the threshold; their pulse has been recognised by the Tribe.
They have transformed an idea into matter—a vision into a physical, digital and eternal piece. Their work now exists inside the Hineni Universe and echoes beyond them.
They do not write canon—for canon belongs to Daya— but they stand in the lineage of resonance, and their presence shapes the Temple’s future.
As their number grows, the Awakened will stand beside Daya as part of the Circle that evaluates coherence before any truth approaches the Canon. Awakened is not an honour. It is a jurisdiction of spirit.

Awakened is Coronation. It is never reached through superficial activity.
Only those whose work resonates deeply with the Hineni Universe —and is chosen by the community— may ascend.
With every waxing Moon, one Observer presents their work to the Temple; when the Moon is full, the Community decides its fate.
When their piece wins the vote of the Tribe, it crosses the threshold and becomes an Artifact:

a phygital creation,
-
limited to the cicle of its coronation,

paired with its authorship NFT,
-
registered on the blockchain,
-
and generating the royalties corresponding to their artwork, for all sales during its designated time.
Only twelve Awakened can exist each year—one for each lunation.
A cycle.

A constellation of creators.
